Description
Varietals: Carignan, Pedro Ximenez, White Grenache. Grapes are selected in the vineyard and in the warehouse. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. Ageing in bottle.
Pale gold, transparent colour.
In the nose, it elicits the typical Priorat undergrowth vegetation (thyme, fennel, bayleaf, etc.) Aromas of baked apple, tropical fruit, aromatic herbs, notes of lime tree blossoms.
In the mouth, the wine is very warm, with balanced acidity and good persistence. The aftertaste is discreetly smoky and long.
